The two shallow-water prospects being targeted - Imbok and Bambazon - are on trend with Shell’s producing oilfields St Joseph, Barton and South Furious, said the Swedish operator.
The Imbok prospect has potential estimated at 53 million barrels of oil equivalent of gross unrisked prospective resources, and the Bambazon target has potential to contain 56 million boe of gross unrisked prospective resources.
