The investment will allow Mammoet to add to its fleet of 100-tonne to 600-tonne crawler cranes.
Meanwhile, the company has brought over a massive 1600-tonne crawler crane – the CC 8800-1 - to the US specifically to tackle work on the Gulf Coast, where it will begin turnaround of a cat cracker at an unnamed refinery.
