Mammoth, which provides completion and production services as well as drilling and other services, priced its initial public offering of 7.75 million shares at $15 apiece.

They hit the market on Friday, only to see the stock close the day down 11.6%, at $13.26.

Mammoth hoped to raise $103.2 million in the IPO, and intends to use the proceeds to repay in full the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
