The majority of the assets are located in the Willisden Green area, which lies in west central Alberta, and the rest lie in the Wildcat Hills and Enchant areas.
The acquisition includes 55,800 net acres of undeveloped land, and facilities including a 2500-barrel-per-day emulsion handling plant and an 11 million cubic feet per day natural gas compressor station. The oil facility is connected by pipeline to a Pembina-operated terminal and is 70 kilometres east of Manitok's Stolberg assets.
