The mechanical construction and transportation services provider said on Thursday that its takeover of the Medicine Hat, Alberta-based player included heavy construction and pipelining assets, a fleet of light vehicles, as well as 35 employees.
The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Maverick chief executive Chris Challis said this expansion fitted with the company’s “aggressive growth strategy” to become an industry leader.
