The so-called Round 2.1 is scheduled to be presented by the end of July and is set to include about 15 exploration and extraction blocks in shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico, energy secretary Pedro Joaquin Coldwell told the Mexico Petroleum Congress in Monterrey.
