The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), known as Hacienda, said part of the aid would come through a 26.5 billion peso "equity contribution" funded by money realised from government budget costs in February.
Hacienda added that it would also grant the company a "facility" of 47 billion pesos designed to be used to pay down company retirement and pension debt.
