The company said on Thursday it had entered an agreement with Dredging International to supply the anchor handling tug supply vessel MEO Sovereign 1 for the Chevron-operated Wheatstone gas project in Western Australia.
This contract has a two-year term, starting this month.
The second deal was signed by MEO’s 70%-owned subsidiary Express Offshore Solutions. It involves the supply of 11 barges to Netherlands-based Heerema Marine Contractors to transport project cargo from South East Asia to Australia for the Inpex-operated Ichthys project in Australia’s Northern Territory.
