Mitra to merge with Petra

Privately-owned Malaysian oil and gas independent Mitra Energy has entered into a definitive agreement to effect a reverse takeover of Canada’s Petra Petroleum.

Toronto listing: the newly merged company will be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange
