Mitsubishi nabs full ownership of Cima

The transaction gives Mitsubishi full access to Cima's huge customer base,

The Japanese conglomerate had previously owned 34% of Cima, and acquired the remaining partnership interest for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition gives Mitsubishi full access to Cima's huge customer base. It also gives it control over the transportation and delivery to the company's North American LNG export projects, which include the proposed Cameron LNG project in Louisiana and LNG Canada in western Canada.
