Moniz calls Aliso Canyon leak 'tragic'

US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz called for a harder look at the nation's aging energy infrastructure and storage in the wake of a massive methane leak at the Los Angeles-area Aliso Canyon facility that forced thousands of relocations and sickened residents before it was plugged last week.
