Field partner Tap Oil revealed the jack-up Atwood Orca had spudded the MNA-16 well on Tuesday which will be drilled to a total depth of 2824 metres and will be followed by the MNA-15 well which be drilled to a total depth of 2571 metres.
Both wells, which lie in the G1/48 concession, are expected to take about 17 days to drill and will be completed with electric submersible pumps.
