The acquisition of SRO is expected to help boost Murray's annual revenues to an estimated A$75 million (US$54.2 million) per year and the newly combined entity will employ more than 230 people.
Newcastle-based SRO provides services to the mining, power generation, energy, utilities, transport and oil and gas sectors, with operations in Australia and China.
