NADL in standstill agreement with SembMarine

Seadrill offshoot North Atlantic Drilling Ltd (NADL) has reached a standstill agreement with Singapore's Sembcorp Marine (SembMarine) over the yet to be delivered semi-submersible drilling rig West Rigel.
