Naimi rubbishes oil cut talk, pushes freeze

Saudi Arabia has no plans to pursue a production cut to stabilise oil markets but Oil Minister Ali Naimi was optimistic that a recent deal among four oil exporters to freeze production could be expanded in the coming months.
