Nakika restarts after Macondo shut-in

Shell has brought the 75,000 barrel-per-day Nakika pipeline and production platform back on stream after shutting both in briefly i the wake of the fatal blowout and fire at the Macondo prospect, in the US Gulf of Mexico.
