Natlata, which has been dissatisfied with PetroNeft’s direction for years, proposed on Thursday that Dennis Francis, David Sanders, Paul Dowling and David Golder be “removed as PetroNeft directors”.
The company also requested that the four board members be replaced with three of its own delegates, including Natlata’s owner, Maxim Korobov, to be named the new acting chief executive.
In a letter to PetroNeft shareholders, Natlata proposed that, alongside Korobov, Anthony Sacca and David Sturt be elected to the board.However,
