Shell Petroleum Development Company’s (SPDC) Forcados export pipeline was blown up at 3am local time, the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) wrote on their Twitter account, where they have previously released information on other attacks.
“We warned SPDC not to go ahead with repair works and they refuse(d),” the militant group, which is responsible for a huge uptick in oil infrastructure assaults and consequent drop in Nigerian production, said.
