Offshore contractor Emas-AMC appears to have won some breathing space following a winding-up order issued recently after a short-term charter was agreed by a later company for a vessel at the centre of a charter dispute.

 

Oslo-listed vessel owner Ocean Yield said on Thursday that a new deal for the flex-lay subsea construction vessel Lewek Connector has been signed with a company related to Singapore’s Ezra Holdings, which is itself related to Emas-AMC.
