Noga acquired a 100% interest in the fields, which were formerly operated by Australian giant Woodside Petroleum, at the end of April. Noga also acquired the Northern Endeavour floating production storage and offloading vessel at the same time.
Noga chief executive Blaine Ulmer said the company was looking for “like minded” partners to join it at the Timor Sea fields.
“What we are trying to do is add reserves and add assets that we believe have potential to increase value for shareholders,” he said.
