New Standard told the Australian Securities Exchange on Friday that it had reached agreement with Buru to increase its stake in EP417 from 65% to 100%.
The Laurel project, located about 180 kilometres south of Fitzroy crossing in north Western Australia, is comprised of both EP417 and New Standard’s wholly-owned Seven Lakes SPA.
By increasing its stake in EP417, New Standard’s net acreage position in the project has expanded to total 5881 square kilometres across the Laurel formation.
