US regulators have given a favourable environmental review to a proposed natural gas pipeline that would link the Utica shale of Ohio to key markets in the Midwest.
In a final environmental impact statement for the Nexus Gas Transmission project, staff for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission did concludethat construction and operation of pipeline would result in “some adverse environmental impacts.”
