Oil minister Emmanuel Kachikwu, who also heads up NNPC,said on Thursday that the deals were inked during his visit to China for a roadshow aimed at "bridging the gap in funding in Nigeria's oil and gas sector".
"Memorandum of understandings (MoUs) to be spent on investments in oil and gas infrastructure, pipelines, refineries, power, facility refurbishments and upstream have been signed with Chinese companies," said NNPC in a statement.
