Nigerian committee: 'Shell should pay $4bn'

A committee in Nigeria's House of Representatives said on Wednesday that supermajor Shell should pay $3.96 billion for a 2011 spill at its offshore Bonga oilfield in the latest assessment of damage to the environment.
