Nighthawk buys out Jolly Ranch project

US-focused shale player Nighthawk Energy has agreed to buy back its company shares held by Running Foxes Petroleum (RFP) and is opting to purchase the remaining 25% interest in the Jolly Ranch project in Colorado.
