Nighthawk inks $14.3m venture deals

US onshore-focused junior Nighthawk Energy has teamed up with Denver-based private player Cascade Petroleum to jointly develop around 64,000 acres of conventional oil prospective land in Colorado’s Denver-Julesburg basin.
