A Noble spokeswoman on Thursday confirmed reports earlier in the week that Israel's Ministry of National Infrastructures, Energy & Water Resources (MEWR) had modified language in the country's Natural Gas Regulatory Framework that addresses concerns over the so-called "stability clause".
In March, Israel's Supreme Court approved most of the complex gas framework, but not the stability clause, which would have prevented major regulatory changes for a decade.
