US-based Noble is looking to develop the 19 trillion-cubic-foot Leviathan field in partnership with local players Delek Group, Avner and Ratio Oil Exploration, with first gas production expected in 2016.
Earlier this year, Noble brought online the Tamar gas field off Israel that holds estimated reserves of 10 Tcf.
