Noble Midstream Partners will hold certain pipeline and processing assets in the Denver-Julesburg basin where Noble is drilling the Niobrara tight oil play in the Wattenberg Field.
Currently, those assets move around 37,000 barrels of oil and 64.1 million cubic feet of gas per day as well as both fresh and produced water, according to a filing with US securities regulators.
