Noble Midstream Partners and Plains All American Pipeline have signed a 50-50 joint venture agreement to acquire pipeline infrastructure in the booming Delaware sub-basin of the Permian.
Noble and Plains will join together to purchase Advantage Pipeline, which owns a 70-mile, 16-inch crude oil line in the southern Delaware.
The total purchse price is $133 million, which will be divided evenly between Noble and Plains.
