The Norwegian explorer made a pre-tax loss of Nkr 125.7 million compared to a pre-tax loss of Nkr 198.3 million for the 2012 second quarter.
The company received an income tax credit amounting to Nkr 93.4 million, resulting in a net loss of Nkr 32.4 million.
It benefitted from a Nkr 66 million gain on the sale of a holding in PL 299 Frode, which also helped to boost net cash flow from operations by Nkr 141 million to achieve an income of Nkr 41 million.
