The new acreage, known as the Matthis property, has been priced at $325,000.
On completion of the deal the company’s acreage position in the Mississippi Lime play in Osage County will be boosted up to 11.6 square kilometres.
It would also push Northcote over halfway towards reaching its target of securing more than 20 net square kilometres in the Mississippi Lime by the end of the year.
