The New York-listed company said Tuesday it had agreed to purchase operating and non-operating stakes in the Bear Paw basin in northern Montana from Devon Energy Production Company.
The proposed acquisition includes an interest in about 916 producing wells and connected gathering systems with more than 132 kilometres of transmission line, 927 kilometres of gathering lines and 21 compressors in Blaine, Choteau and Hill counties.
