The latest estimate of Nkr163.5 billion ($20 billion) for oil and gas extraction and pipeline transport in 2016 is down 1.5% on a previous projection of Nkr166 billion while the forecast of Nkr150.5 billion for next year is a reduction of 1.8% on the prior prognosis of Nkr153 billion, according to Statistics Norway.
This compares with a final investment figure for last year of Nkr195 billion.
