Norway promises 'stability' amid changing industry

Companies looking to remain, to invest or to pursue opportunities on the Norwegian continental shelf can count on "stability" from Norway's government, the country's Prime Minister Erna Solberg promised at the opening ceremony of the ONS conference in Stavanger.
