Presenting the Budget proposal on Thursday, Finance Minister Siv Jensen said the Conservative-led administration intended to spend Nkr225.6 billion ($28 billion), or 3%, of the country’s $890 billion Petroleum Fund, in its 2017 Budget.
Jensen is proposing a total Budget spend of Nkr1275.6 billion, up 3.8% from this year’s figure.
The proposed use of oil cash represents an increase from the record Nkr206 billion, or 2.8%,
