Russia's Novatek has closed a trio of deals each to sell 10% minority shareholdings in its second liquefied natural gas export project, Arctic LNG 2.

Two of the deal are one each with CNDOC, which is a subsidiary of Chinese state-owned China National Petroleum Corporation, and China National Offshore Oil Corporation.

Those two deals were announced on 25 April.

The third deal with Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (Jogmec), which was revealed on 29 June.
