Environmental services player National Response Corporation (NRC) has ramped up its presence in Mexico via a new oil-spill response terminal in Tobasco state.
NRC is also partnering with Mexican oilfield service company Marinsa, which provides a range of service vessels including fast supply vessels, supply boats, crew boats and utility boats.
The facility in Paraiso has an "extensive" array of equipment and stockpiled dispersant and is equipped to provide dedicated personnel, incident management, consultancy and training, the company said.
