Ocean Rig on ropes

Norwegian company Ocean Rig is facing a cash shortfall of $75 million as a result of delays in the deployment of its two Bingo 9000 semisubs, Leiv Eiriksson and Eirik Raude -- and is even considering a ""consolidation"" to solve the problem.
