Offshore contractor Oceaneering International has signed a long-term agreement with Maersk Supply Service to provide eight work-class remotely operated vehicles for six newbuild vessels.
The contract also includes survey and associated services, including subsea tooling, engineering, communication and data solutions. It covers Maersk's global operations.
The ROVs will be installed onboard six Maersk newbuild vessels, including two Stingray-class subsea intervention vessels and four Starfish-class anchor handling tug supply vessels, which are scheduled for delivery through 2017.
