Kevin McEvoy will step down as the chief executive of subsea engineering company Oceaneering International in May with his replacement being appointed from within the company.
Oceaneering revealed Roderick A Larson would take over the role following the company’s annual shareholders meeting on 5 May.
Larson currently serves as Oceaneering’s president, a role he will continue to hold when he takes up the mantle as chief executive.
