The Houston-based player said the 2014-built Island Pride would start work as soon as November 2015 after mobilising from the US Gulf of Mexico.
"This agreement builds on our established deep-water vessel project capabilities in the GOM and offshore Angola and represents further international expansion for our subsea projects business," chief executive Kevin McAvoy said.
The contract covers four option periods of six months each.
