OECD: Fossil fuel subsidies still too high

Governments of countries in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) are still offering too much support for the fossil fuel industry in the form of subsidies that are "hampering" efforts to curb global emissions, the group said in a new report.
