Three of the new members will join the board as representatives of operators - Cory Loegering, Robin Allan and Bill Dunnett - while Peter Wilson will be appointed to contribute to the representation of contractors and supply chain companies on the board, OGUK said.
Loegering, regional vice president and managing director for Apache North Sea, has almost 40 years of oil and gas experience including exploration and production activities in the Gulf of Mexico.
