Carrie Perrodo, her son Francois Perrodo and their family, who own the London-based upstream company along with a wine business, are ranked 14th on the list published by the Sunday Times with an estimated worth of £6.14 billion ($10.37 billion).
Perenco began in 1975 as a maritime services company, was built up by Carrie’s late husband Hubert Perrodo. It acquired BP’s Wytch farm oilfield in Dorset two years ago.
