Oilex said Wednesday a rig had been mobilised to the Cambay-19z well, which produces oil from the Eocene formation.
Work on the Cambay-19z well will include removal and cleaning of the production tubing and repositioning the downhole pump to improve well deliverability.
Oilex is yet to decide which well the rig will be moved to next, but said it had narrowed it down to a list of four candidates – Cambay-20, Cambay-70, Cambay-60 or Cambay-77H.
