The Norwegian start-up is currently in negotiations with the Spanish operator on a transition agreement that will be presented to the Petroleum & Energy Ministry in September, chief executive Erik Haugane told Upstream on the sidelines of the ONS conference in Stavanger.
At the same time, commercial bids have been received for a jack-up with processing facilities, following a tender issued earlier this summer, and are now under consideration, he disclosed.
