Okeanus is also expanding its catalogue, as it integrates Sound Ocean Systems' product line into its offerings. Sound Ocean Systems designs and builds equipment including marine winches, launch and recovery systems, towed vehicles and deck equipment for use by industrial, academic and governmental entities.
The value of the deal was undisclosed.
The combined company will maintain offices in Houma, Louisiana and Redmond.
