ONGC said in a statement on Monday that the board had approved a field development plan for the KG-DWN-98/2 field, whick would produce the Cluster 2A oilfields and associated gas fields, as well as the Cluster 2B free gas fields.
The development is expected to cost at least $5.08 billion, with total oil production pegged at 23.53 million tonnes, and gas production of 50.7
