ONGC dips toe in to FPSO market

India's Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is evaluating bids from a dozen companies battling to secure a contract to assess the feasibility of deploying a floating production vessel on its marginal oil discoveries in the Arabian Sea.
